1. Who We Are
These Terms of Service apply to all use of the services, products, and website provided by . By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
If you are signing up on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. References to "you" then mean that organisation.
2. Our Services
We are a reseller of antivirus software and related digital products. Some services are sourced from third-party suppliers, and those services may also be subject to the supplier's own terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Your Account
To use our services you need to create an account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately.
4. Purchase information
All purchases on our webshop are one-time payments. You will only be charged once per order, at the time of purchase.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Consumers (B2C)
If you are a private individual in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Lag om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler, 2005:59). However, if you have expressly agreed to the service starting immediately and acknowledged that this waives your right of withdrawal, no refund will be issued for services already delivered.
Businesses (B2B)
Business customers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal. Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

6. Acceptable Use
You must not use our services to:
- Break any applicable laws or regulations.
- Gain unauthorised access to our systems or those of others.
- Resell or redistribute our services without our written consent.
- Disrupt or interfere with the performance of our services.
- Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful data.
- Send unsolicited communications (spam).
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these rules.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform belong to us or our licensors. You may not use them without our written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting it, you give us a limited licence to use it solely to provide the services to you.
8. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following third-party providers to deliver our services:

| Our Supplier(s) | We share your name and email with our upstream suppliers to fulfil your order and activate your licence. They are contractually required to handle your data in compliance with GDPR. |
We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services. We encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses — such as lost profits, lost data, or reputational damage — arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Swedish law.
10. No Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
If you are a consumer, you may also refer a dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) at www.arn.se or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via a notice on our website at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
